November: 3 Invitations to Love in Action

Dear Companions on this Adventure We Call Life—
As we begin November, with its changing leaves, cooler days and approaching holi-days, I invite you to join me in 3 meaningful ways to honor, give thanks and nourish our spirits.
1. Honoring Our Veterans – Giving Thanks by Giving Back
The BeLoved Inclusive Community is collecting Market Basket and Stop & Shop gift cards, along with personal notes of gratitude, to share with veterans this Thanksgiving.
You can participate by making an online contribution (just put “veterans” in the note section) or mailing a gift card to PO Box 173, Sudbury, MA 01776.
Sunday, November 15, at 10:30 AM ET, we'll gather on Zoom for a special prayer service honoring our veterans. Reach out for the Zoom link!
2. Thanksgiving Morning – Beginning with Gratitude
Before the cooking, gathering and feasting, let's take 30 minutes to give thanks and nourish our souls!
Thanksgiving morning, November 26, at 9:30 AM ET, join us on Zoom for a simple, heartfelt prayer service of gratitude.
Reach out for the Zoom link!
3. Advent Retreat – Christmas Lullabies
Amid the hustle and bustle of the holi-days, what if we gave ourselves the gift of slowing down, listening deeply and preparing our hearts for Christmas?
Join me for Christmas Lullabies, an Advent retreat offering time for reflection, prayer and spiritual nourishment.
December 5: In person in Sudbury, MA

A November Blessing

As the leaves fall from the trees, may we let go of that which no longer serves us.
As the days grow cooler, may we find warmth in the Divine Presence and our circles of love.
As the days grow shorter, may we make more time to rest and be nourished.
As we prepare for the holi-days, may we focus on what matters most.
And as the animals scurry to prepare for winter, may we pause to ask, “What is mine to do?” — that we may be of service to one another.
May this November be a season of gratitude, generosity and LovingKindness.
I hope you'll join us!
In Divine Love and Service—Rev. AndreaGrace
